Campus Iftars
Don't forget to take advantage of the WSU-MSA iftars held on campus this Ramadan!! I promise, there's going to be some great food on the table for you! AND what a great way to reunite with old friends and make some new ones! :) All locations are in the Student Center. Hillberry Rooms are on the 2nd floor and Rooms 16 & 29 are in the basement. It was narrated that Zayd ibn Khaalid al-Juhani said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever gives iftaar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.” [Tirmidhi, 807; Ibn Maajah, 1746. Classed as saheeh by Ibn Hibaan, 8/216 and by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami, 6415]

Meditation Room
Assalaamu alaikum brothers and sisters,
By the grace of Allah swt, the Dean of Students Office (DOSO) has opened a new meditation room to Wayne State students. It is located across from DOSO on the third floor of the Student Center building. The hours for the meditation room will be the same as DOSO’s, from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm.
